Each of us are made beautifully unique! Just like your favorite blouse looks different on your bestie, so might your favorite necklace. Our jewelry's dimensions are listed on the product description page.
For a necklace, we recommend taking a string measured to the length stated and drape around your neck as a necklace would lay to see if its a good fit. The length listed is to the focal point. If there is an attached pendant or tassel that length will be in addition to this length. The metals used are stated on each product description page. We primarily use sterling silver and gold-filled metal. Gold-filled jewelry has a thin layer of real gold in the metal and is more affordable than 24k gold. In some cases we also use silver and gold plated and brass. Each item is made with love so in order to get the most wear out of each piece we recommend loving them with the following steps:
*Always put your jewelry on last in getting ready for the day. After all of your lotions, perfumes, sunscreens, etc have been applied and absorbed.
*Store in a moisture free location lying flat or hanging. Sterling silver can be stored in an airtight ziplock to help avoid tarnish. Always close necklace clasps to help avoid tangling chains together.
*While traveling, store in a jewelry travel box.
*Remove jewelry prior to exercise, water exposure and sleeping
Leather is a natural fiber and does require some amount of care. Each item is made with love so in order to get the most wear out of each piece we recommend loving them with the following steps:
*Always put your jewelry on last in getting ready for the day. After all of your lotions, perfumes, sunscreens, etc have been applied and absorbed.
*Store in a moisture free location lying flat or hanging
*While traveling, store in a jewelry travel box lying flat. A ziplock bag pressed flat with air removed can also work in a pinch.
*Remove jewelry prior to exercise, water exposure and sleeping
Rope and Leather has many customizable pieces. These pieces will show stone options, hide options and length choices listed in the product description. Unfortunately, due to the high demand of creating and making our listed products we do not do commisioned work.
Each item is handmade to order. Orders are processed in the same order they are received. Processing time is currently 1-2 business days excluding weekends and national holidays. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
US domestic orders that subtotal $50 and over ship USPS first class mail for FREE! All orders under $50 are $5 flat rate shipping for USPS first class mail. USPS First class transit times are typically 2-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, choose Priority Mail at checkout. The cost will be calculated by weight and your items will arrive in 1-3 business days, based on destination. Please note, all transit times do not include current order processing time.

We hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason its not quite right for you we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund. If for some reason this workmanship fails within 30 days of receiving your order we will gladly make this right via repair or refund.
